MUSIC IS IMPOTANT

Music enriches people's hearts.  First of all, there are various kinds of music in music, and it is good to change the songs to listen to depending on the mood of the time.  For example, when you feel depressed, listen to a song that encourages you, and when you feel good, listen to a tune that is energetic.  A loud song makes you sleepy, and a relaxing song at lunchtime makes you sleepy.  In addition, music can release stress by not only listening but also singing.  Karaoke is the main example, but you can release stress by singing as much as you like.  The role of music changes from time to time.  It will be a great support if it can be used well.
